Q. What is meant by the term Self ?
|
Answer: Your true and essential identity is called Self. Your are not this
body, mind or the senses. You are not the intellect or the ego. You are the
Eternal, Everlasting, Non-dual Self. This Self is the only Reality. The world is
an appearance of the Self. When the veil of Maya(illusion) is lifted by
transcending the mind, the world is seen as the Non-dual Self.

Q. What is Self-Realization ? |
Answer: Self Realization is the discover of one's true
identity, based upon intuitive wisdom. When the mind is purified, when
the personality is highly integrated in the light of Yoga, one realizes
that "I am not this body, mind, and senses; I am the Supreme Self.
This whole world is but the Supreme Self." With this realization
there is an end of sorrow, and experience of unending satisfaction and
bliss.

Q. What is the easiest path for God-realization ? |
Answer: The path to Self or God realization unfolds on the
basis of personality integration. The idea of seeking an easier path is
based on ignorance. The concept that the path is too difficult is also
based on mental error. An aspirant must diligently harmonize his
personality, integrate himself/herself with a balanced development of
action, devotion, mediation, and wisdom.

Q. Should not Divine Grace enable me to attain the Goal of
Self-Realization ? |
Answer: Human self-effort is an expression of Divine Grace
itself. When you sincerely persist in self-effort, you recognize that
the Divinity is working through you, and that you are merely an
instrument in Divine Hands. Self effort draws Divine Grace. Divine Grace
perfect self-effort.
